This form is for you, the tenant, to thoroughly document the rental property’s condition (like walls, floors, and appliances) before you start moving in.
This creates a shared record with us, APS, to confirm that everything works, if there are cosmetic flaws prior to move-in, or inform us that there is existing damage that needs to be repaired.
It also creates a clear baseline of the rental’s condition prior to your move-out.
Please walk through the property and take notes of anything that is damaged or in need of repair prior to move-in. You’ll have the ability to upload photos, videos, and files to document the move-in condition as well!
Please note, anything left blank will be considered “Good / In Working Order”.
