Rent + Utility Pkg* (Package) – At the University Apartments, a utility package is charged in lieu of metered utility charges. Every month you will pay your rent & utilities. This is a set amount and will not fluctuate during your lease term. Utility Package may increase at lease renewal if cost of utilities paid by the owner also increases, but this will come with at least 30 day notice prior to lease renewal. The Utility Package at University includes most basic bills like water, trash, & gas. INTERNET & CABLE are included in the utility package as well. Reminder electric is tenants responsibility.
*Current Utility Package costs*: 1 adult $200, 2 adults- $225, 3 adults – $250 (# of children does not affect utility package, only tenants/occupants over the age of 18)
